DISTRICTS & BOARD

Western Iowa Power Cooperative operates under the policies and procedures established by our Board of Directors. Each board member is a current, active WIPCO member who receives electrical service from the Cooperative in the same manner as all other members. This ensures that our leadership is directly invested in the same quality and reliability of service that all members depend on, fostering a deep understanding and commitment to our mission. Our board members bring their firsthand experience and dedication to every decision, ensuring that the needs and interests of our entire membership are at the forefront of our operations.

2026 Annual Meeting will be held on August 27th at the Onawa Community Center in Onawa.
