Stop in to pay your bill or drop off in a drop box at either of our locations!

BY PHONE
Call in to either of our locations during normal business hours to pay your energy bill over the phone!
Budget Billing
Take control of your monthly electric bills with WIPCO's Budget Billing Plan. You'll pay a fixed monthly amount based on a 12-month energy use projection, helping you manage billing fluctuations. Your meter is read monthly to compare actual usage and costs with the budgeted amount. The budget billing amount is recalculated periodically to ensure accuracy. Eligible for residential member-consumers using under 3,000 kWh per month, applying is easy. Just complete the Request for Budget Billing Application form and send it to PO Box 428, Denison IA 51442 or fax it to 712-263-8655. These services are free for our member-consumers and can help you plan and budget your energy bills. REC's are always willing to extend a helping hand to those who need it. Check out more information below for how you can help and learn more about RECare!
RECare provides local community action agencies with funds to help low-income families pay for winter heating bills and weatherize their homes. This program allows you to help other less fortunate electric cooperative member-owners. Through RECare, you may make a one-time contribution or a monthly pledge that will automatically be added to your monthly electric bill. Even one ($1.00) dollar a month will help others.
