Western Iowa Power Cooperative offers many services to enhance our members’ lifestyle with clean and convenient electric power. WIPCO’s qualified personnel can assist our members in both the planning and wiring processes to fit their needs. Our licensed electric service technicians are qualified to handle many different kinds of electrical wiring jobs and troubleshoot your electrical wiring problems.
We can help you with new home wiring, remodeling house wiring, grain bin wiring and hog confinement wiring. We sell and install circuit breaker panels for agricultural and residential use. We also have a full line of electrical wiring supplies available for purchase.
If you need help with your irrigation system, we are the ones to call. From a minimal amount of ductwork to a complete home ductwork system - our crews can do it all.

All new electrical installations will require a permit and be subject to inspection by an Iowa State Electrical Inspector. Visit the Iowa Electrical Examining board website for more details.
Don’t be left in the dark. If you have commercial or farm property that would be in danger if a power outage occurs, you might want to consider purchasing a stand-by generator. You may also consider a generator for your families comfort and safety during a severe outage.
We sell, install, and service PTO and Propane Stand-by generators along with automatic transfer switches. Give our Member Services department a call and they would be glad to help you determine what type of stand-by power system best suites your needs. They can be reached at 800-253-5189 .

Western Iowa Power Cooperative has options for you when it comes to security lights.
We sell security lights to Members for them to own. We are also available to service them when the time comes.
Another option if to have a security light owned by Western Iowa Power Cooperative installed under an agreement where the Member pays a monthly maintenance fee for the security light. WIPCO provides maintenance to these security lights under your monthly maintenance fee.
We are now offering LED security lights for purchase!
