WIPCO has many different options to pay your electric bill. Use the option that works best for you!
Pre-authorize WIPCO to automatically debit your checking or savings account each month. You will still receive a monthly bill, but we will automatically deduct your payment through your bank or financial institution. The amount of your bill will be deducted from your account around the 24th of each month. Pay with check, cash, money order, credit or debit card at either of the Cooperative’s offices open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. After hours, on weekends and holidays, payments can be placed in one of the drop boxes located at each office.

A return envelope is enclosed with your billing statement each month. Mail in your payment for the cost of a stamp.
Make a one-time payment on your account using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card. Simply click on “Access My Account,” enter your username and password, click on “Login" and follow the directions to make your payment. First-time users will need to "Register" before logging in.
Budgeting for monthly expenses can be a daunting task, but with WIPCO’s Budget Billing Plan, you can have more control over billing swings by spreading your electric costs evenly throughout the year.
With this option, you pay a fixed amount each month based on a 12-month average projection of your energy use. Your meter is read each month and usage is calculated so you can compare your actual kWh usage and cost to the budget bill amount.
The budget billing amount is recomputed at least annually but may be recomputed monthly, quarterly, when requested by the member-consumer, or whenever price, consumption, or a combination of factors results in a new estimate differing by 10 percent or more from that in use.
This plan is available to all residential member-consumers or other member-consumers whose consumption is less than 3,000 kWh per month.
